A very cooperative Lincoln's Sparrow (Melospiza lincolnii) paused in migration right outside my window long enough for me to capture a bit of nice close video and audio. This is a species that breeds in the boreal forests to the north, and is a brief visitor to my part of Minnesota during migration. This is a "yard bird" for me! (First documented sighting in our yard.)
