Russian state-controlled media journalists laughing at the official stories of "30 foreign mercenaries encircled" in Kursk oblast' which were distributed by Russian army sources and say it's "bad propaganda". They also recall another similar fake from 2022 when Russian media were claiming "Azovstal" in Mariupol was full of "foreign mercenaries".
