2 1/2 cups Flour One stick of butter 1 cup room temp water 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Put flour into bowl, add butter and mix until flour clumps. Then add half the water, then add more as needed and salt, then mix for 5-7 minutes until mostly smooth. Cover bowl and rest for 20 minutes. Now shape dough into 10 - 12 balls, cover then let rest for 5 minutes. Now flatten balls of doughs into discs on a plate of flour. Then transfer to counter and use rolling pin to get the desired size.
