Russian expert Veselovsky rants about how "Ukrainians hate us" (interesting, why?) and that these "non-humans" need to be mercilessly "tamed in order to make humans out of them again, they should fear us with an animal fear". This kind of language is normal on Russian state TV and is part of ongoing campaign to dehumanize Ukrainian and present it as "subhumans" in order to normalize violence and war crimes.
