Political commentator Narochnitskaya speaking on Russian state TV calls to "surround them and destroy everything with carpet bombing" in Kursk oblast'. This kind of violent postulates in TV serve the purpose of normalising such "scorched Earth" tactics, should Russian authorities choose it. In case of Ukrainian territory this has been normalised already in 2022, but they're now talking of Russian territory which requires additional propaganda effort to develop social acceptance of destruction of property.
