Official Video for Susan's "Al I'tiraf" Produced by Anaste Records, UAE - West Papua

DESCRIPTION

Al I'tiraf is a redemption and repent poem wrote by Abu Nuwas (Abū Nuwās al-Ḥasan ibn Hānī al-Ḥakamī, 756 - 814 CE), a classical Arabian Poet. This poem was written during Abu Nuwas's final stage of his life. This poem emphasize the acknowledgement of our sins as human-being and God's Boundless Forgiving towards all of us. As the shines of God's Limitless Lights, as we grounded to His Love, we acknowledge our weaknesses and mistakes as His with-limit servants.

WORDS OF "Al I'tiraf":

الهي لست للفردوس اهلا God, I certainly do not deserve to enter Paradise (on account of my sins), ولا اقوى على نار الجحـيم and I definitely do not possess the ability to endure the fires of Hell. So allow me to repent (sincerely) and forgive all my sins (of the past, present and future) فانك غافر الذنب العظيم for You are surely the Forgiver of all sins – however minor or severe.

My sins exceed in number the grains of sand that line the shores of the sea So allow me to repent (sincerely), O Majestic Lord who possesses all Glory. My lifetime decreases every passing day وذنبي زايد كيف احتمال while my sins keep increasing helplessly

God, I certainly do not deserve to enter Paradise (on account of my sins), ولا اقوى على نار الجحـيم and I definitely do not possess the ability to endure the fires of Hell. So allow me to repent (sincerely) and forgive all my sins (of the past, present and future) فانك غافر الذنب العظيم for You are surely the Forgiver of all sins – however minor or severe.

God, this sinful slave of Yours is turning to You (for salvation) Verily, I have sinned and so I implore You (for Your forgiveness) I'm grounded to You to forgive (me) for You are the All-Forgiving But if You refuse, to whom is our recourse?

ABOUT THE ALBUM

Susan's beautiful orchestral arrangement of the redemption poem by Abu Nuwas, "Al I'tiraf". As through this hard times as two holy lands (WP & Al Quds) has been oppressed so harshly, and this is the time for us to be grounded to the earth and remember who we are, this poem is a reflection and devotion to our Lord for our accounts. And as Susan's grieve and tears upon these situations, this devotional poem she dedicated to remind us how weak we are as human-being.
