We had a couple of very mild days this week-- into the low teens C after some days not much above freezing ( and well below at night) plus some snow a couple of times. Pearly stays indoors most of the time, for her safety (and when she was younger, for the safety of wildlife!) but when I'm working outside nearby, she gets to go outside. Of course if it's cold and snowy, she doesn't roam much, but on this warm afternoon she ventured down to my woodcutting area- picking her way along the partly snowy path, but happy when she got to the dry area where I was working!
