For St. Patrick's Day, I wanted to find a themed drink that wasn't just a normal drink with green food coloring. I found, the pot-o-gold. A smooth whisky drink with golden ingredients and optional gold garnish for that extra flair. It took a couple tries to get the non-alcoholic version just right but it was worth it.

My Ingredients: 1.75 oz HP Juniper Non-Alcoholic Whisky Single Malt .25 oz Free Spirits The Spirit of Bourbon .75 oz Honey 1 dropper of ginger extract .75 oz Lemon Juice 2-3 shakes (okay, I did 4) of Fee Brother's Fee Foam
