Today, I'm sharing my non-alcoholic recreation of a drink I had in Quebec City, the Old Québec.

It is basically, a maple old-fashioned with Canadian ingredients.

• 2 oz HP Juniper Single Malt
• .75 oz Canadian Maple Syrup
• 2-4 Dashes All the Bitters Aromatic bitters

A little Canadian French doesn't hurt.
