Russian propagandist Mikhail Zvinchuk (Rybar) admitted on the air of the Solovyov Live channel that the Russian Defence Ministry was lying when it claimed that it shot down its own drones launched on Ukrainian territory. He laughed at US presidential special envoy Steve Witkoff, who believed the statement and praised Russia for its commitment to peace.
