Russian state TV show serving normalisation of the household violence by war veterans as acted by propagandists Sergey Karnaukhov and Anastasia Kashevarova. The latter, talking to a veteran's wife who suffers continued beatings displays empathy, says she's herself in such situation and describes her dilemmas whether to stay or leave her husband abusive towards herself and her child. Karnaukhov steps in saying it's unacceptable to even have such discussion and she should literally "kiss his feet" because he "served the Motherland", positioning both Kashevarova and the other women as some kind of traitors who refuse to endure beatings and suffer in silence "for Motherland". Karnaukhov fails to explain why it should be the women and children be responsible for helping abusive veterans, when the sole responsibility on their state lies on the Russian government and army, which had thrown them into an offensive war in another country.
