Russian state propagandist Sergei Mardan explains that the main purpose of war is looting of enemy's territories so that "we live better than them". Then he adds "I think this is the goal of the war as laid by Putin". Note the word "war" is beeped out because in Russian political correctness code it should be called "special military operation".
