Russian historian Alexander Skobov talks about Putin's imperial revanchism and Russia's relations with other Central and Eastern European countries. Skobov argues that it was not imaginary "russophobia" of these countries that caused deterioration of relations since 2010's, but specifically Russia's revanchism and continued threats towards these countries. As Skobov speaks, the camera roams around an "open cemetery", Sandarmokh forest in Russia's republic of Karelia where thousands of political prisoners were executed by NKVD and buried in mass graves.
