On 29 July 2025 Russia conducted a ballistic rocket attack on a hospital in Kamenskoe, Dnipropetrovsk oblast' of Ukraine. Three civilians were killed in the attack, including a pregnant woman - 23 years old Diana Koshyk, who was in maternity ward. Further 22 civilians were injured. Russian media subsequently boasted about this attack, calling the hospital "rehabilitation center for Ukrainian soldiers", therefore publicly admitting to a war crime - because even if wounded Ukrainian soldiers were treated there (there's no evidence they were), hospitals are protected under international humanitarian law (IHL).
