As result of Russian aerial bombing of Kyiv on the night 31 July 2025 there were 8 killed, 50+ injured and 10 missing civilians, as of the morning, with rescue operation in progress. At least one child 05:42 was killed as one of the rockets destroyed a whole segment of a multi-family residential building. Russia used 500+ "Geran" drones and a number of ballistic/cruise missiles. After the rescue operation was completed on the next day, it was confirmed that the attack claimed 31 lives and injuring 159.
