Firstly the objects dialog has a bunch of new fixes which should help polish it up for the release and make it more usable. We also have some fixed for multi pages as those issues come in, thank you to all the people who've helped report issues with it.

And lastly a continuation of last week's effort to get the export dialog into good enough shape to be included in the release continues with work on export types, backgrounds, widget placements and a bunch of other refactoring.

Included in this week is a segment about other things going on in Inkscape. It's a bit raw and ready and I didn't include any graphics this week. But if people like it I could sharpen it up and do it more often.
