In an easily predictable response to the operation "Cobweb", Russian road police started widespread "security checks" of all trucks on key highways, which resulted in massive queues and delays. Happening one day after the attack, this primarily serves a demonstration of effort of Russian FSB just after its effectiveness was ridiculed. As 60-70% of Russian logistics happens over road transport, this has a potential to huge delays and disruptions in industrial supply chains. Unfortunately, specifically for that reason this show is going to last for a few weeks and then will be quietly relaxed.
