A clinically interesting example of how Russian nationalists see the direction where Russia is going themselves. This xenophobic AI-generated video has been published by Alexey Milchakov, a declared neo-Nazi, commander of the "Rusich" unit of Russian armed forces. Milchakov had been long criticising not only Central Asian immigration into Russia but also increasing influence of Caucasian minorities in "mainland" Russia, especially Chechens. Milchakov posted this particular video, praising how "AI is better at predicting future of Russia than ...", probably meaning Putin or other top Russian politicians. Not that position of Russian nationalists was ever consistent, but it's ironic that they're criticising their own government for failing to protect them from the trends that they had always projected on the "decaying West", as anti-immigration and xenophobic rhetoric had been always one of the main talking point Kremlin sold and amplified to the European far-right.
