Arsen Pavlov, Russian citizen from Komi Republic who came to Donbas and became one of "DPR commanders", stands in the middle of a residential district early in the morning and fires a grenade launcher at random directions, after which explosions are heard at distance. The whole group is laughing, one of the men asks "you're sure there's nobody there?", Pavlov responds "I don't give a fuck, we have a war, only dickheads can be asleep". Pavlov was granted a Hero of Russia title for his activities in Ukraine. In 2015 he boasted about killing 15 Ukrainian prisoners of war in an interview.
