Russian collaborator Yuriy Kot seriously explains that 5-6 million Russians who left Galicia with the Russian army in 1915 (actually, there was no such population in Galicia at that time), claims that according to Soviet studies the population of Galicia was considered "retarded" and iodine deficient (such studies do not exist). Ukrainians are already openly declared as inferior subhumans in the Russian media. And all this is officially encouraged at the state level and financed from the Russian budget.
