Russian state television channel NTV published a dramatic report from Glushkovo, a village in Kursk oblast' reportedly liberated by Russian army, featuring interviews with local residents and describing their difficult life without electricity. But, as the reporter says, "the most important thing is that the village is now ours, and then we'll cope". The problem with this report is that Glushkovo... was never controlled by Ukrainian army.
