Continuing the series marking our January cold snap. The coldest day may have been Friday 12 or Saturday 13- part of the problem is that I don't have an outside thermometer currently (had a digital indoor/outdoor- outdoor part died..lol) so I look at temps for Rocky Mountain House (20 miles west/north) or Red Deer (40 miles east/south). Unless I'm going somewhere in the car, which shows temps outside! Usually we are close to Rocky's temps, but can be off by a few. Friday Rocky showed temps up above -30C, while the car at home showed -37 in the afternoon! Anyway, a few degrees one way or the other, it's been cold!
