PACLOCK, a lock company, is running a promotion for locksporters where those who video the picking of their PACLOCK 90A-PRO will receive some goodies from them, and join the 200k Club.

The 90A-PRO is a neat lock with 7 pins and over 200,000 key combinations (hence, the 200k Club). It features a bunch of security pins, and is considered a Blue Belt rank by the Lock Pickers United.

It was certainly a fun challenge. [1] The picking felt very sandy. So, reading the feedback is a little tougher. [2] There's quite a few zero-lift pins (i.e. they don't need to be touched to be picked). So, knowing your pick position mattered. In this lock, there were 3 zero-lift pins crowding around a high-lift pin.

Excuse the heavy breathing! I was filming this for an hour... stopping if my picking attempts were over 4 minutes. It's funny that, off-camera, I can get this lock picked reasonably consistently, but when the camera is on, the lock feels nigh unpickable.

Also, please enjoy my mishap with accidentally turning the core 180 degrees. Luckily, off-screen, I had a picture of the fully-gutted lock to reference! Though, I did slightly mangle one of the springs...
