Which I utilize din the past to build a precision gps/gis application for a mapping company in the early 2000's. https://xmlgraphics.apache.org/batik/using/ The company I worked for as a 1099 contractor told me to remove function of directional rotation of the map based on direction of travel. mordancy vimcat, a nice script for using cat on a file and it is parsed through your vim syntax highlighting https://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=4325 there is a permission issue newer versions of vimcat when used in the msys bash shell for windows. This issue can be resolved by commenting out the "mkdir -m 700 /tmp" linue of the script. msys does not support the -m flag.
