Former Fairfax police officer Adam Torres was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 46-year-old John Geer, two whole years after the killing. John Geer's hands up, and he was unarmed. This killer cop was fired, and ultimately sentenced to 1 year in jail for involuntary manslaughter.
