This topic focuses on public transportation as a way to save our planet. Although; some people don't understand! Taking public transportation is key to help cut air pollution. For this instance; taking a subway to go places in large cities can help erase hundreds of cars from our public streets. If an underground subway is connected to renewable sources of energy; that should've made a difference for our planet each day. Taking buses, taxis, streetcars and other forms of public transportation can help reduce vehicular accidents and deaths. Interesting fact: over 35,000 deaths happen when vehicular accidents/crashes has occurred. Automobile dependency is still a major issue around the world. With all of these streets and roads quieting down, and less crashes,--and less traffic... this is key for our towns to reduce noise, and help our ecosystem. As a prospective; gas costs will go down; road expenses will go down, truckers will deliver goods with ease; toll roads will be quieter; towns will be safer; and even public transportation will be mainstream!
