You guys remember corona season, thank God that’s over, at least for most of us, ha ha. It went on longer than most people probably imagined. At first, it seemed like a momentary disruption, but turned out to change a whole lot of normal life for quite a while. People were spending more time indoors and a lot of work and school was moving online. Travel stopped or slowed down. Some businesses shuttered altogether, others had to change the way they did business.

Some grew very ill, and many lost family and friends. In some places, hospitals were overrun. There were protocols regarding masks, distancing and hand washing. Some followed them, and some did not. There was also plenty of debate around what was true and what was not. Then vaccines appeared, and that began to nudge things into more normal, but it took some time.

Some still bear the consequences today. Some have long-term health issues. Others never fully made up school or work. Some continue to wear masks in public. Still others prefer not to think about it at all. People had totally different experiences. Not everyone traversed it in the same manner.
