The Last Night is set in a very atmospheric Cyberpunk Neoworld and has a cool 80s synth soundtrack that adds to that vibe. The low resolution pixel art graphics are very charming and overwhelm you with their multiple parallaxing layers of glowing cyberpunkness. The gameplay is rather lame imho, you can't even jump and all enemies are exactly in your gunpath..., but it is still great fun to explore the vast nightlife of The Last Night and shoot some baddies in the head. This short game won the 2015 #Cyberpunkjam global gamejam and is made into a full lenght game atm. I am thrilled, but I hope for more interesting and varied gameplay, not only scenery, still keep your eyes out for the last night!
Sorry for the video stuttering sometimes, my PC is getting old... I should get a patreon where you can donate money for a new GFX card for more gameplays... Sadly this is turning into a fully commercial game and it is not allowed to upload the music to youtube so I replaced the ingame music with music from http://soundimage.org/ by Eric Matyas. Thx.
