Amid the fatigue of life, the hustle and bustle of the city, and the rush of mechanical life, sometimes the mind yearns for a little peace, a little free air to breathe. The simple answer to that desire is — village roads and nature full of green trees. This writing is an expression of deep love for that beauty, which I experienced on a trip.
🚶♂️ Narrow roads, the scent of soil
Village roads are a symbol of the simplicity of life. Where the paved road ends, the true identity of rural beauty begins. Unpaved roads, sometimes dirt, sometimes narrow paths paved with bricks and sand — these roads are not just a way to reach the destination, but also a companion for a dreamy journey that enlivens the eyes and mind.
Grass, bushes, and sometimes low places with water stagnate along the roads. Villagers walk side by side, young children walk with school bags on their backs, and occasionally one or two bicycles slowly move forward.
🌳 The shade of green trees
The greatest beauty of the village is its greenery. Jackfruit, mango, jam, coconut, shimul, curry and banyan trees can be seen on both sides of the road. When the leaves of the trees sway in the wind, the entire road seems to come alive.
Birds sit on the branches of some trees—doel, shalik, sparrows or crows. When you walk in the morning, a strange atmosphere of peace is created along with their calls. Pedestrians rest in the shade of the trees, children play, and some elderly people walk to the mosque to pray.
🐦 The noise of birds and the melody of life
Innumerable birds and small animals live among the green trees. The morning in the village begins with the sound of birds chirping — this is a natural alarm clock! In the afternoon or evening, flocks of birds return to the trees. The sound of their wings, their calls — all together create an atmosphere where there is no artificiality.
Flocks of chickens play in small ponds or canals along the roadside. Sometimes I see shepherd boys returning with cows, and farming is going on in the fields nearby. This whole scene is like a painting by an artist.
🌼 A play of flowers, scents, and colors
A group of wild flowers can be seen along some roads — yanjabati, kalmi, kashful, or the red glimmer of shimul. The flowers blooming on small bushes under the trees silently express the language of beauty.
When dew falls from the leaves of the trees or it rains, the whole environment becomes soft. Walking along the rural path with an umbrella in one hand, the sound of mud under your feet, the leaves falling from the trees above your head — these are experiences that cannot be found in the city.
📸 A paradise for photography
The roads and trees of the village are undoubtedly a scene that comes alive when captured on camera. A path covered in shade, leaves sparkling in the sun, or a herd of cows walking on the road — all are perfect moments for photography.
For those who love to capture natural beauty on camera, these roads are like a moving studio.
✨ Conclusion
The beauty hidden between the village roads and green trees cannot be found in any building, any expensive park, or artificial project. This beauty is silent, unselfish, and completely natural — to see it, you have to take time and look with an open mind.
If you love nature, then come and walk along the dirt roads of the village one day. Just walking on that path will make you understand — how peace can come from being close to nature. The shade of the trees, the singing of birds, and the scent of the earth — all together will teach you to live anew.
