Where did this sample come from? I checked the sample from the previous video a few days after I'd gotten it and found a bio film on the top. I used tweezers to grab a bit of biofilm and water and put it on a slide.

How did I get it to look like that? This is somewhere between dark-field and oblique with a bit of colored plastic in the light path too. Balancing these to get the right image is a lot of the fun imo. The video is edited and color graded in Kdenlive.
