Hi folks! This is my first post to peer tube. I plan to copy some of my recent youtube videos over here and then continue posting to both sites going forwards. I really like the federated stuff. We gotta decentralize a bit. Also does anyone know what category I should put these videos in?

Where did this sample come from? Still looking at that biofilm on the top of the marshy pond sample. (For peertube folks: I got a sample from a pond nearby that used to be a quarry in the 1950s, then became a nature preserve in the 1970s. I grabbed the sample in early February. After a day or so having it in a jar in my room it had developed a thin biofilm on top.)

How did I get it to look like that? This is regular brightfield with effects like contrast and saturation in post.
