One expert is clearly triggered by this question and shouts about "but we're firing Russian rockets!", adding a number of expletives, while the other expert stoically asks "what if we used Korean rockets?". Which triggers the first expert yet another time when he likely realised that Russia had been already using North Korean rockets against Ukraine.
