A cop who kicked handcuffed teen in the face and then lied about it was sentenced to prison, thanks to a cell phone video. Franklin Township police officer Robert Wells was sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison for deprivation of rights under color of law after he kicked a teenager in the face as that teenager was handcuffed and on the ground.
