A 20-year-old pregnant woman was bitten several times by an Indianapolis Metro Police Department dog during a chase to catch a suspect who had fled on foot during a traffic stop. The woman, who was 7 months pregnant, suffered multiple bites and had to be rushed to the hospital. A federal judge later dismissed the lawsuit that she brought, saying that her rights were not violated by the police despite the fact that she was attacked on her own property as she was doing nothing wrong.
