After the 1973 Aquarius Festival in Nimbin, Northern NSW, an owner builder culture emerged in the region .'Not Quite Square: The story of Northern Rivers Architecture' is a Lismore Regional Gallery exhibition at Tin Sheds Gallery, The University of Sydney, 27 September - 22 November 2013. It's home to a multitude of wonderful houses designed, made and lived in by people who have chosen to live outside the square.
