This is a segment of a July 24th, 2000 episode of ACB Radio Mainstream's Main Menu program in which accessibility advocate Jonathan Mosen demonstrates version 3.0 of MSN Messenger, a powerful instant messaging client from Microsoft, by reviewing its various features including sending messages, transferring files, making phone calls, viewing user profiles etc, as well as how accessible these features are to screen reader users. Main Menu is a weekly radio show which discusses many different types of technology, be it assistive or otherwise, through the eyes of blind people. It is broadcast on ACB Radio, the radio station run by the American Counsel of the Blind (ACB). Fun fact: you can still access virtually all versions of MSN and Windows Live Messenger today by visiting https://escargot.chat.
