Braised lion's head: not made of actual lion's meat! Also looks nothing like an actual lion's head, but I'm not sure how much right I have to criticize the Chinese for that while I'm filming in Joshua Tree, a town named for a tree that looks absolutely nothing like the Joshua guy that it's supposed to be named after.
