So I was walking back from my short little hike when I saw a little girl yell at her parents that she was gonna play hide-and-seek and they better count to 30 and come find her. And her parents were like, yeah, sure, while watching some TikTok video. And they totally didn't process the information nor the fact their daughter climbed up a hill and hid under a log. And so she was stuck there for 10 minutes while her parents continued their hike.

Like, I got really worried about her and didn't want to abandon her? But I also don't want to be a stranger yelling at a little kid hidden in a tiny-ass log up on a high hill? So, I filmed this video as an excuse to climb up the hill and watch out for her. And yeah, at some point, she climbed out and left (around 4:50), and I watched her hike the fairly straight trail towards the park entrance, which is when I got out of the tree to check on her. And when I got there, she was yelling at her parents on the playground. SO! All's well that ends well?
