Radio Liberty has published previously unknown CCTV footage showing the shooting of 70-year-old Bucha resident Volodymyr Rubaylo by Russian soldiers on Yablunska Street on 4 March 2022. The video shows that Russian soldiers first wounded the man and then shot him in the head. Shortly afterwards, Russian soldiers began looting a supermarket for several hours. The scene had been geolocated to the front of "Fora" shop in Bucha at 50.540267, 30.224575.
