She had a bottom surgery in a very early age, but does it mean she was trans? She definitely would be if she had it at some point in her life as one of the steps in her transition, but getting one right after birth means that either the parents wanted a child of different gender, or she was intersex, had a "normalizing" surgery and was coercively assigned female at birth. This is still done today, and no one except for intersex people's rights activists seems to give a shit...
