How to draw clouds with Inkscape v1.2.

This is the method I usually use to create clouds when I have to make a sky background. Normally I usually make them simpler (with fewer circles) but for the example I think it was worth spending a little more time.

By making three or four of different shapes/sizes you can duplicate them and create a large cloudy sky without the problem of seeming repetitive.
