This talk given at the DTN (Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking) group outlines the Interpeer Architecture in brief.

DTN is working on very similar concepts, but has its main application in the space industry. It means this talk skips over a lot of details which are understood in the room, and references some previous discussions being had, so ends up being very shallow and dense.
