Russian region of Belgorod has spent 100 billion RUB (~108 million USD) on fortifications following the Ukrainian incursion into Kursk oblast in August 2024. The border was "impenetrable", according to Russian media. The video shows how easily Ukrainian armoured vehicles are crossing into Belgorod oblast' through lines of minefield, anti-tank ditch and concrete barriers called "dragon's teeth".
