In this tutorial I'll demonstrating how you can create a pixel stretch effect using GIMP.

As you'll see in the video, I switched back to version 2.8. The reason for that is because 2.10 was running slow after a while and I was having some issues with copying and pasting. I'll give it another try later on down the road once the team has had some time to work out some of the bugs.
