Only in 2016 Putin jokingly responds that yes, he can occasionally slip an undiplomatic world and, in general, there's a problem in Russia with use of expletives. But in 2024 it's a different story, Putin speaking like some kind of a patriarch teaches his audience that Russians don't swear at all because, wait for it, "it would be a sin".
