I accidentally missed the nitro detonation crate so I panicked and tried to die to avoid the end of level crate, but I hit it anyway and this happened. I respawned in the regular level but the filter was still enabled and my left and right inputs were reversed.

Also if you are wondering why I died so many times, it's because I was trying to get the box gem and also because fuck you that's why.
