This is a Sword and Sandal Film or a Peplum film. That is to say, it's an Italian made fantasy film with some mythological elements. It Italy the film was called Maciste against the head-hunters, except in Italian.
It's badly dubbed, it features bad special effects, it features clunky writing. But you knew that already, because I told you it was a Peplum film.
"Peplum", by the by, is what the tunics were called. French people called them "peplum" films to ridicule the costuming, and in turn to ridicule the whole genre. (Well, not French "people". French Film Critics, but they are also people I suppose.) It was intended to be dismissive, but I think it might have just been a case of racism against Italian people?
Peplum films are fun. They were hugely successful in Italy and in the US. You'll like them.
International copyright law is messy, but I think this film is in the public domain in the US. I'm not a lawyer, maybe don't play it on TV.
