Speaking outside the courthouse in Alexandria, VA on Thursday, former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning said she will refuse to cooperate with a Grand Jury subpoena calling her to testify as part of an investigation into Wikileaks.

Manning was convicted by in July 2013 of violations of the Espionage Act and other offenses, after disclosing to WikiLeaks nearly 750,000 classified, or unclassified but sensitive, military and diplomatic documents
