Body camera footage of a Black 13 year old boy being attacked by a police dog and wrongfully arrested. The boy was committing no crime when he was attacked, having fallen asleep in the backyard of a friend's house after helping clean up from recent severe storm damage. The City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and police department are being sued for excessive force, racial discrimination, and negligence.
