Birdy Blue Pet is a short horror film that I made while on residency at the University of Iowa in 2017. I was inspired by the poetry of Kinga Toth, and I thought of a horror short film in which a woman kills another woman, brings her back to life, and then kills her again, over and over again, to play with her ghost.
